After my home warranty company set me up with a different vendor, who scheduled 3 weeks out then cancelled the day of the appointment, I asked for a different provider, and ANT Power was recommended. "A technician named Stan came to my home because power was out in only 1/4 of my unit. Someone had already come out to check, but couldn't find or fix the problem. I was happy to have someone that could come out the day before Thanksgiving. I had been without heat and power for 6 days. Stan put me at ease at first sight. I kept asking him questions because I was sure that he wouldn't be able to fix it either. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and said, "I have the newest, updated equipment. I WILL find the problem. I'm not going to leave you without power". I knew that he was leaving that night to visit a relative out of town, but he still promised me that he would not leave me. I am a Senior with limited mobility, and I really needed my power. He took his time, found the problem, fixed it, and checked other outlets to make sure nothing else happened. I was sooooo happy, and he was such a Blessing. I can't say enough good things about them, so I'll just say that I wish I could give them TEN 🌟! 🙂"
